Most club software was built for the manager who works in head office. Athleet was built for the coach who runs sessions and chases invoices on a Sunday night.

We started with one wrestling club in Centurion, South Africa. They had spreadsheets for fees, WhatsApp groups for announcements, a Google Calendar nobody read, and a paper logbook for matches. They wanted one tool that did everything — and it had to look like their club, not like a generic CRM.

Athleet is what we built them. Now it runs on multiple clubs across multiple sports — same engine, different skin. The data model knows the difference between a wrestler and a winger. The branding knows the difference between dark navy and Vikings yellow.
