Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Athleet platform, operated by Partners in Biz (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). By using Athleet you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide a multi-tenant sports club management platform on a monthly subscription basis. Tenants are sports clubs and organisations ("clubs"). Club members access services through their club's branded interface.

Data and ownership

All club and member data belongs to the club. We do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the service. Clubs may request a full data export at any time. Termination results in a 30-day data retention window before deletion.

Payment

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle. Non-payment results in a 14-day grace period before service suspension.
