Are the prices in ZAR including VAT?+
Prices are quoted excluding VAT. 15% VAT is added at invoice time for South African clubs. International clubs pay the listed amount.
What is the Launch Partner deal?+
The first 10 clubs to onboard this quarter get 50% off year one on any tier, founder-level support, a vote on the public roadmap, and price-locked rates for the lifetime of the account.
Can I switch tiers as my club grows?+
Yes, any time. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We won't force you onto Elite — we'll tell you when you're close to a tier limit and let you decide.
What happens if I exceed my tier's athlete cap?+
Nothing breaks. We notify you when you cross 90% of your cap and again at 100%. You get a 30-day grace window to either upgrade or trim the roster. No automatic charges, no service interruption.
Can I pay annually for the discount?+
Yes. Annual prepay is 20% off any tier — paid up front via EFT or card. Cancel during the year and we refund the unused months pro-rata, no penalties.
Do you charge per coach or per parent account?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited coaches, parents and admins. You only pay for athlete slots. Add as many staff and family accounts as your club needs.
What payment methods do you accept?+
EFT to our SA business account (default for SA clubs), PayFast (cards, instant EFT, Snapscan), Stripe (cards, international debits), and PayPal for the rare international case.
